HSA Account Activation

All HSA Accounts Must Be Activated Before Use

Account activation is a three-step process:
1.Enter the information requested below and press "Submit"
2.On the next screen, enter one or two email addresses for the household
3.Wait to receive a confirming email and follow the instructions within to select a password and complete the activation



Step 1 - identify household
 
Household Phone #: 
The 'home' phone number for this household, as listed in SOTI directory
Please note: if you have changed your phone number recently, the
school may have provided us your older phone number, which you
should enter here. If this is the case, please do not send us email
asking us to change your phone number. You will be able to edit
all of your own information after you have activated your account
(you may only edit information for the HSA database, the school maintains
its own information).
 
# of SOTI Students: 
The # of SOTI students for this household (if you are a faculty member
or other school associate without children attending the school, we will
provide information about obtaining an HSA account in the near future.
 



About HSA Accounts
Each SOTI 'household' gets an account on the HSA system. A SOTI household is one of the following:
  • The household where one or more students live
  • Both households for a student's parents if the parents live separately
  • The household of a faculty member
